Requirements

Willingness to learn and apply learned knowledge.
Flexible and adaptable.
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Independent and ability to work in a timely manner, with a goal to always work to ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
Capability to follow written and verbal directions as given by lead, managers, and leadership.
All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.

Work well with lead technicians to ensure the job is correctly done the first time.

Learn all sides of the HVAC business, including commercial and warehouse jobs.
Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the work being completed while also giving them ability to make the right decision for their system.
