Requirements

Minimum of 2 years working in the Residential HVAC Installation Field
TDLR
Knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions
EPA Certification
Valid Drivers License and 5 years of driving experience
1-2 years working in the Residential HVAC Installation Field
Knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions
EPA Certification & TDLR
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
Results driven in a high-energy environment
Attention to detail
Must be able to follow directions and work independently

Nice To Haves

Experience with Service Titan highly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
Diagnose issues, replace parts and perform preventative maintenance
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas
Performing start-up of equipment
Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools
Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
