Requirements

HVAC maintenance or related mechanical experience preferred
EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
Inspect air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
Clean and replace filters, coils, and system components
Test system performance and ensure proper operation
Educate homeowners on system care and maintenance recommendations
Document service findings and recommendations accurately
Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
