Requirements

Valid driver’s license required.
Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
EPA Certification required.
Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
We evaluate applicants based on their education, experience, and skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems with minimal or no supervision.
Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
Lift heavy equipment (50-100 lbs. regularly) and work in various physical environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas.
Build trust and strong relationships with both customers and team members.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including company vehicles and customer properties.
Address client concerns and offer solutions to their HVAC needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
