Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification
Must pass a background check and random drug tests
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

NATE certification a plus
