This role involves leading HVAC installations from beginning to end, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety codes. The Lead Installer will collaborate with other installers and apprentices, maintain efficiency and safety, and represent the company professionally in customer homes. They are under new management, locally owned, and veteran-operated.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and code-compliant installations
