About The Position

Cornerstone Pros is seeking qualified and experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to join their team. The role involves working with various HVAC systems, including heat pumps, straight cool, and inverter/communicating equipment. Responsibilities include upgrading ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing occasional service/mechanic work to ensure a premium HVAC system experience for customers.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years
• Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacturer specifications per code.
• Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked.
• On call rotation for weekends.
