About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Avon, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills

- Problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Education/coursework in HVAC preferred
- 2-5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
