Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions
- Replace and retrofit existing systems with a focus on energy efficiency and performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time and at a high level of quality
