Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Team-player mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and stay active throughout the day
Willing to work in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Construction or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and grow in the trade

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
Set up and organize job sites to ensure clean, safe, and efficient installations
Learn to drill, cut, measure, and assemble materials accurately
Assist with basic electrical and mechanical connections under supervision
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Follow safety guidelines and company quality standards
Represent Lakeside professionally while working in customers’ homes and businesses
