As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes. Requirements
- Strong interest in learning a skilled trade (HVAC experience not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (attics, crawlspaces, lifting equipment)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Help remove and replace existing equipment and materials
- Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
- Support ductwork installation, system setup, and job site preparation/cleanup
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
- Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing skill development
- Deliver a positive, professional experience to homeowners
