About The Position

Connors Plumbing, Heating & Air is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air, with over 75 years in business. They are seeking full-time employees to join their HVAC Installs team. The role includes both on-site and off-site training programs to support continued growth. Daily responsibilities involve the technical aspects of the job, collecting payments, and providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation. Communication with homeowners regarding the status of their system, both before and after service, is also a key part of the role. Apprentices will be responsible for organizing project layouts based on current code and customers’ needs. Participation in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings is required. Technical training and skills will be provided after hiring.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC Service experience is required
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform the technical aspect of the job
• Collect payments
• Give accurate and detailed information about each home and situation
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed

• Attend and participate in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings
