As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support lead installers in completing residential HVAC projects, assist customers with their heating and cooling needs, and gain hands-on experience to grow your career.

Requirements

1+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC systems and the installation of new equipment
Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
Participate in on-the-job training and scheduled learning sessions to build technical skills
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure job site
Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service with professionalism and courtesy
Other duties as assigned
