We're looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive, family-oriented team. In this role, you'll clean residential air duct systems, dryer vents, and related HVAC components while educating homeowners on the importance of clean, healthy indoor air. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to help customers improve the comfort, efficiency, and air quality of their homes.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential air duct cleaning services using specialized equipment
- Clean HVAC supply and return ducts, registers, grilles, blower compartments, evaporator coils (when applicable), and related components
- Perform dryer vent cleaning services safely and thoroughly
- Inspect HVAC systems for cleanliness and identify areas of concern
- Educate homeowners on indoor air quality and recommend appropriate products or services when beneficial
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
- Take before-and-after photos and accurately document completed work
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Assist with additional HVAC maintenance or indoor air quality services as needed
