About The Position

Alpine Maids is hiring residential house cleaners to clean homes in an assigned zone, independently or with a partner. Cleaners have autonomy in how they manage each home and may build ongoing relationships with regular clients. The work is physical. No prior cleaning experience is needed; paid training is provided.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Most maids work about 30–35 hours per week. There are no nights or weekends, and employees do not have work calls or messages to handle after clocking out. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour, and experienced maids average $27 per hour. Employees are paid by the job, so their effective hourly rate can increase as they become faster. Tips, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities are also offered. This is a W-2 position.

Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Take pride in doing quality work.
