About The Position
Alpine Maids is hiring house cleaners for weekday work. Maids clean clients’ homes independently or sometimes with a partner, with an emphasis on quality and customer service. The work is physical, and employees are expected to be flexible for clients and dependable about arriving on time. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $27 per hour; top-performing maids average $27 per hour, and earnings increase with efficiency. Most maids work around 30 hours per week. Employees who work 30 or more hours receive health insurance, vision and dental insurance, and a 401(k). This is a full-time, W-2 position requiring availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The employer describes a supportive workplace where work stays at work after clocking out.
Requirements
