House Managers are responsible for administrative and programmatic duties for their assigned areas, ensuring the needs of supported individuals are met, staffing ratios are correct, staff are properly trained, documentation is complete and accurate, and all areas meet state and licensure requirements. This role supervises Direct Support Professionals, implements staffing patterns and schedules, and provides support to individuals with disabilities to empower them towards self-directed lives and develop/maintain skills that enhance their quality of life. The mission is to ensure supported persons are happy, healthy, and safe in an environment where they can enjoy life to the fullest.
