House Managers are responsible for administrative and programmatic duties, ensuring the needs of supported individuals are met, maintaining correct staffing ratios, ensuring staff are properly trained, and that documentation is complete and accurate. They must ensure all areas meet state and licensure requirements. The House Manager supervises Direct Support Professionals, implements staffing patterns and schedules, and provides support to individuals with disabilities to empower them to lead self-directed lives and develop/maintain skills that enhance their quality of life. The mission is to ensure supported persons are happy, healthy, and safe, enjoying life to the fullest.
