About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Residential Glazier / Glass Installer for immediate openings. This role offers competitive pay based on skill and experience with no cap, opportunities to work on clean, modern residential job sites using high-quality materials, and supportive leadership. As the company expands, there is real growth potential. You will be responsible for installing frameless shower doors, glass railings, mirrors, partitions, and similar systems. This includes measuring, cutting, installing hardware, and making precise adjustments. You will need to read and interpret drawings and layout plans, work independently with minimal supervision, maintain a safe and professional work environment, and communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a residential glazier or glass installer
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient with common hand and power tools (glass cutters, drills, levels, caulking tools, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to read and work from drawings or layout plans
Nice To Haves
- CAD or shop drawing experience
- Metal fabrication
- Railing installation
- Construction certifications
