About The Position

Repairs and replaces glass throughout the district facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years
• Office equipment (e.g., computer, copier)
• Hand tools (e.g., hammer, shovel, screwdriver)
• Power tools (e.g., radial saw, reciprocating saw, drill, pheunomatic hammer)
• Vehicles (e.g., automobile, truck, tractor, forklift).
• Licensed Abatement Worker preferred
• Licensed Mold Worker preferred
• Certifications would otherwise be obtained within 90 days from time of hire and be maintained through the length of employment

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Abatement Worker preferred
• Licensed Mold Worker preferred

Responsibilities

• Repairs and/or replaces glass in windows broken during emergencies.
• Repairs/replaces glass in trophy cases and mirrors (non-emergency).
• Completes work orders, orders materials and attends in-service training.
• Performs assigned duties using all safety precautions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
