About The Position

Murrey’s Disposal is actively hiring a Residential Garbage Truck Driver with a valid Class A or B CDL to join our team in Fife, Washington. Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
  • Basic knowledge of truck components for inspections

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in waste collection

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a residential garbage truck on designated routes
  • Read and follow route sheets or dispatcher instructions
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
  • Load and unload waste materials—sometimes without assistance
  • Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and dispose of refuse
  • Provide courteous customer service and complete other duties as assigned
