About The Position
The DH Pace Company, a family-owned and privately held business with annual sales over $1 billion through 60+ offices located across the continental United States, is seeking an experienced Residential Garage Door Installer at its Rockland, Massachusetts location. This role involves installing a variety of residential garage doors. Previous experience in general labor, carpentry, as a field technician, mechanic, or glazer is beneficial. DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business in 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- A valid drivers license and good driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort working at heights and using a ladder

- Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Install residential garage doors and door hardware to homeowners and homebuilders
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate job-related paperwork
- Operate safely and professionally on every job site
