Responsibilities

• Conduct construction-site evaluations to assess energy use and construction quality.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Complete site-evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite energy-code compliance forms.
• Communicate construction-quality issues and energy-code requirements to client onsite personnel.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations.
• Use problem-solving skills to provide solutions that improve newly constructed homes in accordance with energy-code requirements.
• Learn skills related to the energy-efficiency and construction industries.
