About The Position
Mister Sparky Electric is seeking an experienced residential electrician for a leadership opportunity. This role focuses exclusively on residential electrical work, offering a chance to perform quality work, be treated professionally, and grow within the company. The position starts with hourly pay and provides an opportunity to advance into a Team Leader role based on demonstrated technical skills, leadership, and experience.
Requirements
- Several years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical codes and requirements
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman license or applicable Virginia electrical credentials preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete quality work while following safety standards and electrical codes
- Help support and mentor other technicians as you grow into leadership
