About The Position

The position involves performing residential service, maintenance, and inspections, including diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on home electrical systems. Responsibilities also include wiring and equipment installation, electrical layout planning, and completing whole-home rewiring projects such as circuit upgrades, panel improvements, and replacement of outdated or unsafe electrical systems.

Requirements

Progressive electrical experience
Journeyman's or residential license preferred
Experience in residential repair and install
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of safety compliance
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Able to handle physical workload

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on home electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, devices, fixtures, appliances, and related components using appropriate hand and power tools.
Plan and execute wiring layouts and equipment placement based on job specifications, residential electrical codes, and safety standards.
Complete full‑structure rewiring projects, including circuit upgrades, panel improvements, and replacement of outdated or unsafe electrical systems.
