Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work.
Ability to read blueprints, manage a team, and run jobs with minimal oversight.
Strong work ethic, reliable communication, and a drive to get things done right.
Willingness to lead by example and help build up newer team members.
Clean appearance and professional attitude — we want people who represent the brand well.

Responsibilities

Leading residential jobs from start to finish — new builds, remodels, additions, and custom homes.
Managing a crew, delegating tasks, and keeping projects on track and up to code.
Laying out and installing clean, professional wiring systems.
Interpreting blueprints and job specs, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
Installing conduit, pulling circuits, setting gear, and trimming out cleanly.
Working safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
