Requirements
- Master Electrician License OR if you are ready to sit for the exam - we will pay for it!
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
- A builder’s mindset— you’re excited to create, not just maintain
Responsibilities
- Launch, build, and scale our residential electrical division
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth and profitability
- Lead all day-to-day operations including: Budgeting and financial performance, Scheduling, job flow, and service quality
- Ensure compliance and safety standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of electricians
- Manage tools, fleet, inventory, and operational resources
- Provide hands-on leadership— coaching, inspecting, and supporting your team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship
