About The Position
Mister Sparky is hiring Residential Electrical Installers to join our team of skilled and energetic professionals! As an Electrical Installer with Mister Sparky, you’ll perform top-quality residential electrical installations, upgrades, and system replacements while always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of residential electrical installation experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Document installations using ServiceTitan or similar software (experience preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform professional residential electrical installations including panels, circuits, fixtures, wiring upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and other system improvements.
- Install electrical components safely and efficiently according to project scope and company standards.
- Read work orders and installation plans to ensure accurate execution.
- Test installed systems to verify proper function and safety compliance.
- Educate homeowners on installed equipment and system operation.
- Maintain organized job sites and ensure tools and materials are properly handled.
- Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company installation guidelines.
- Document installations using ServiceTitan or similar software (experience preferred).
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
