Requirements

Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of residential electrical installation experience preferred.
Experience documenting installations using ServiceTitan or similar software.

Responsibilities

Perform professional residential electrical installations including panels, circuits, fixtures, wiring upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and other system improvements.
Install electrical components safely and efficiently according to project scope and company standards.
Read work orders and installation plans to ensure accurate execution.
Test installed systems to verify proper function and safety compliance.
Educate homeowners on installed equipment and system operation.
Maintain organized job sites and ensure tools and materials are properly handled.
Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company installation guidelines.
Document installations using ServiceTitan or similar software (experience preferred).
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
