Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of residential electrical installation experience preferred.
  • Experience documenting installations using ServiceTitan or similar software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional residential electrical installations including panels, circuits, fixtures, wiring upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and other system improvements.
  • Install electrical components safely and efficiently according to project scope and company standards.
  • Read work orders and installation plans to ensure accurate execution.
  • Test installed systems to verify proper function and safety compliance.
  • Educate homeowners on installed equipment and system operation.
  • Maintain organized job sites and ensure tools and materials are properly handled.
  • Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company installation guidelines.
  • Document installations using ServiceTitan or similar software (experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
