Requirements

  • Working knowledge of residential electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with panel replacement, rewires, redevices, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable and confident dealing with customers.
  • Ability to present options and collect payment.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of people.
  • Willingness to be coached and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to wake early and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Must not be selfish, lazy, sloppy, rude, content, dishonest, or negative.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential electrical services, including panel replacement, rewires, receptacle and fixture installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact confidently with customers, present service options, and collect payments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Maintain detailed notes for colleagues to ensure continuity of service.
  • Provide 6-star service that results in positive customer reviews.
  • Receive real-time coaching and support.
  • Ensure trucks are stocked and prepared for customer visits.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to the company's success.
