Requirements

• A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
• A commitment to safety-sensitive functions and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Strong spatial awareness (backing into tight spaces) and a professional demeanor.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate residential neighborhoods in rear-load trucks to collect waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
• Utilize hydraulic systems and compaction units with precision to maximize efficiency and minimize mechanical wear.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide courteous service to our neighbors, ensuring routes are completed accurately and containers are handled with care.
