About The Position

In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients! The GRIP Program is a Group Home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. GRIP provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.
  • On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime.
  • Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients.
  • Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
  • Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
  • Lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed.
  • Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
