About The Position

Join us as a Residential Director at Aspire Health Alliance, where your leadership skills can significantly impact and enhance the lives of our clients every day. The ACCS Residential Director is a dynamic role combining administrative and leadership duties to ensure the smooth operation of community-based residential sites for adults with mental illness and substance use issues. This position requires strong knowledge of clinical programming and involves managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining the physical environment, budgeting, and complying with DMH licensing regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, offer consultation on effective rehabilitative strategies, and foster strong relationships internally and externally. Adherence to all policies and procedures is essential, including established guidelines for cell phone usage.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in good standing
Driving experience
Solid driving record
Access to a personal vehicle
CPR certification
First Aid certification
MAP certification
2+ years of supervisory experience in human services
Knowledge of community-based treatment
Knowledge of funding sources
Knowledge of treatment regulations
Flexible team player who can lead and motivate staff
Eager to grow and learn in this role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to use an electronic health record system for clinical documentation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
Bilingual skills
Experience with multicultural populations
