Residential DSP in Odenton, MD
About The Position
Bay-CSS is seeking a dependable Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to become part of our Odenton, MD team. This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities during scheduled shifts. The shifts include Wednesday from 3pm to 11pm, Thursday from 3pm to 11pm with an overnight component from 11pm to 9am, and Friday from 3pm to 11pm with an overnight component from 11pm to 7am. The DSP will assist residents with their daily living activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while promoting their independence and personal growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to complete all required trainings in a timely manner

Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily activities including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care during assigned shifts
