Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid NY Drivers License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Medication Certification, CPR and First-aid preferred - (we will train).
- CPR & 1st Aid preferred - will train
Responsibilities
- Support people to live personally fulfilling lives and achieve their person centered valued outcomes through a positive and proactive approach.
- Foster independence through role modeling, teaching, and supporting people to be valued and contributing members of their home and community.
- Assist with the operation of residential with transporting people to daily activities, administering medication and assure the health, welfare, and safety of people.
- Complete all necessary reports, log notes and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
