Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet agency background and driving requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with individuals served
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and community involvement
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities
- Support medication administration and wellness goals
- Complete required documentation and follow agency policies and procedures
- Help create safe, engaging, and person-centered living environments
