Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required background screenings, including a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Support community participation, recreation, and social engagement
- Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Administer medications and support health-related needs following training
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive environment
- Advocate for the rights, dignity, and independence of those served
