This is a part-time position providing direct care coverage and support for individuals served, responding to individual issues during assigned shifts. The role involves working with individuals to promote growth in various quality of life areas, assisting them with their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in areas such as problem-solving, personal care, medical care, socialization, household management, and asserting their rights. The position also includes assisting in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, knowing emergency procedures, completing necessary documentation, potentially dispensing medications, transporting individuals to appointments and community events, and maintaining Triangle property. The role requires attending supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions, with additional duties assigned by the Program Manager.
