Provides direct supervision, support and training to adults with disabilities receiving services from NVS. This role involves implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP), teaching skills and coping techniques, and supporting clients in various daily living activities such as nutrition, shopping, cooking, and meal preparation. The position also includes facility cleaning, assisting with self-administered medications, recognizing signs of illness, and providing personal care assistance. Additionally, the role requires transportation services, daily documentation, contributing to communication logs, and assisting in behavioral situations. The staff member is expected to participate in agency trainings and maintain a positive and professional attitude, with the possibility of additional duties including filling in at other sites or departments.
