About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Residential Dining - Food Operations Manager 3 for the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University account, located in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the All You Can Eat residential dining hall on campus. You should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in food safety protocol, quality standards and strong leadership skills, as this role covers the 11 station operations. Requirements

A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
