About The Position

Merakey is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor to join their team at their CRRs in Delaware County. This role will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs. The position involves covering open shifts as needed and offers a pay rate of $16.75 per hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Nice To Haves

• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.
• Cover open shifts as needed
