About The Position

Stetson Ranch is hiring an Overnight Residential Counselor for its Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20. The counselor is responsible for overnight shift operations, including maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, crisis intervention, case management and advocacy, and related documentation. The ideal candidate is flexible, energetic, creative, and interested in working as part of a team of professionals.

Requirements

• Directly related employment experience.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or an equivalent qualification, and/or additional experience working with youth.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight shift operations.
