Requirements
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models (MI, CBT, CRAFT)
- Calm and collected in crisis situations
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy: Outlook, Word, and electronic health record systems
- Culturally sensitive and committed to equity
- Flexible to cover shifts with a month's notice
- CASAC with 1+ year of experience OR CASAC-T with 2-3 years experience
- Must be computer proficient and able to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Complete intakes, psychosocial assessments, and level-of-care recommendations
- Build individualized treatment plans centered on client goals and readiness
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling using evidence-based practices like CBT, MI, Trauma-Focused CBT, and more
- Guide clients through their recovery journey with empathy, structure, and unwavering support
- Handle discharge planning and follow-ups
- Support fee collection, documentation, and shift coordination
