About The Position
The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. This role is for a Full-Time position with NOC shifts available, working from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $23.71, with geographic differentials applied. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
