Program Overview: Pettirosso Community Home offers a structured therapeutic environment where young women receive around-the-clock care and intensive, trauma-informed treatment. Residents engage in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as allied therapies, with the goal of transitioning to a lower level of care or reuniting with their families. Job Overview The Residential Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a residential program, providing case management, engagement, and supportive services to youth while ensuring a safe and therapeutic living environment. This role supervises staff, manages scheduling, assists with crisis intervention and medication monitoring, and shares on-call responsibilities to support continuous, high-quality care.
