He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer proficiency with experience using construction technology in a production environment, including: Procore (required) Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup software Mobile applications for daily logs, inspections, photos, and field reporting
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and standardized digital workflows
- Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
- Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program

Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute project schedules using Gantt charts and Procore, ensuring look-ahead planning and proactive coordination with trade partners.
- Provide accurate information for updates
- Complete accurate daily logs, inspections, photos, and field documentation using Procore.
- Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough leads times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
- Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
- Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping.
- Must maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
- Review shop drawings for accuracy
- Utilize Bluebeam Revu (or similar software) to review and mark up plans and construction documents.
- Maintain organized digital project documentation and communicate updates using Microsoft 365 and company systems.
- Use technology and AI tools, where appropriate, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.
