About The Position

United Built Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join its Monroe Design Center team. The company has built more than 40,000 custom homes over 65 years across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. The role oversees new home construction and warranty service, with a focus on quality, schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience.
• Strong management, organizational, communication, technical, and supervision skills, with attention to detail.
• At least 3 years of experience working on residential construction projects.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality new homes on time, within budget, and safely while maintaining high customer service and satisfaction.
• Supervise service for completed home projects.
