Residential Construction Project Manager
About The Position
Property Masters is a semi-national residential construction leader, specializing in the Single-Family Residential (SFR and institutional investment and Default) space. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of construction management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
- Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track.
- Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on client scope of work.
- Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
- Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
- Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects and provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
- Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks, and deliver effective, timely solutions.
