Position Summary The Residential Community Coordinator (RCC) is a live-in non-exempt staff member responsible for creating and leading a vibrant, supportive, and enriching living and learning community for Seattle University (SU) students. The RCC will lead the residential student experience for their assigned community and will supervise 15 to 30 student leaders and one to two graduate assistants. The RCC is a collaborative role and is actively involved in implementing Housing and Residence Life’s (HRL) Redhawk Residential Experience that is aligned with the Seattle University mission, Jesuit Catholic Values, and strategic priorities and coordinating operational functions associated with a highly effective residential environment. The RCC is involved in various HRL programs and initiatives within the broader Academic & Student Affairs Division. The RCC is a 12-month, live-in role that participates in the 24/7 Senior Team on Duty Crisis Response Rotation and reports directly to the Associate Director of Community Engagement and Learning Initiatives.
