Requirements

• Proficient in the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with customers and internal management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Any current plumbing certifications or licenses are a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide detailed repair solutions to customers.
• Clearly explain options and obtain customer agreement before performing any work.
• Perform pipe inspections using advanced camera technology.
• Unclog sewers, kitchen/bathroom sinks, tubs, and toilets using modern plumbing snakes and drain machines.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked service truck with adequate inventory.
• Complete required digital documentation accurately and collect/record fees seamlessly via company tablet/phone.
